HOLDS AND CANCELLATIONS

If you’d like to place a hold on or cancel your membership, please complete the form below. A team member will reach out within 24–48 hours to confirm your request. If you don’t hear from us within that time, feel free to call the gym at (818)-308-3222.

*To cancel your membership, Crowned requires 28 days written notice submitted through our cancellation request form. Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 28 days before your next billing date to avoid an additional membership charge.

Requests submitted within 28 days of the next billing date will process after the upcoming billing cycle, and your membership will remain active through the end of that final paid period.

All cancellation requests must be submitted through the official Crowned Holds & Cancellations form.
